Clothing in disrepair makes great wedding bouquets
Body: : Greenpurse has done it once again! They have turn articles of clothing that cannot be donated to a second hand store into beautiful bouquets perfect for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and more. The blooms and leaves are cut and sewn, then assembled using wire and a small amount of glue. Instead of using floral tape they use strips of cloth from these donated items.
Owner and designer Tina Wick adds, “I came up with the idea while I was sleeping. I had to get out of bed and write it down so it wouldn’t be lost in the morning. This makes our flowers more sustainable as well as additional flair and uniqueness.”
